The Bayelsa State Judiciary has extended invitations to the Yenagoa and Sagbama branches of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) over a presentation, termed, "Nigeria Case Management System (NCMS) And E-filing Presentation"
The letters which were signed by the Chief Registrar of the State High Court, James B. Lockie, Esq., and dated the 15th day of October, 2021, and also addressed to the Chairmen of both branches respectively, are calling on members of both branches to attend the presentation scheduled to be held on the said dates.
The dates of the presentation are: Wednesday, 20th and Thursday, 21st October, 202.
Venue: Conference Hall of the Multi-Door Court House, High Court of Justice Complex, Ovom - Yenagoa.
Time: 10:00 on Wednesday, 20th October and 12:00 noon on Thursday, 21st October, 2021.
Consequently, based on the above, the said dates have been declared as Court free day.
